I cannot offer any guarantees but the free consultation aims to give a good indication of likely success rate. I will never knowingly take on a case where I don't think there is a good chance of success. It is your mind that creates the change - with my help - so don't underestimate your own role in this!

Why do you have to buy a package? It's quite expensive.

The Control system has been carefully designed and experience has shown that the Goldilocks approach of three sessions works. I also believe that whichever method I use, it helps to consolidate the changes to help ensure lasting benefit. Also many people find the effects life changing - it's hard to put a price on that! 

Do you have parking?

Yes you can park on my drive any time, or on the road as long as it's not between 9 and 10am and 1 and 2pm. 

Does online work just as well?

Yes it does! In fact some people prefer it, as they can be in the comfort of their own home. This can be particularly helpful for anxiety sufferers. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a private space.
