Online Courses

These 2 hour online courses offer an accessible and affordable insight into hypnotherapy. Whilst you obviously won't get the same results as 1:1, this doesn't mean that you won't come away with insights to help you, and possibly even a change in beliefs or habits. Each course includes some hypnosis, but also other techniques for you to learn. The groups are maximum 6 so everybody gets attention (if they want it!) and the cost is £30.

Exam Anxiety

This course will teach you some techniques to help you keep calm and perform your best in exams. It will also include some hypnosis. This course runs seasonally.

Anxiety and stress

This course won't get rid of anxiety - BUT you will learn how that is not necessary to feel more in control. Different ways of looking at things, as well as some group hyupnosis, can really help break the vicious cycle of anxiety.

Are you often comparing yourself to others? In this day and age, it is all too easy to see others through rose tinted glasses (or is that a filter?!). When our subconscious holds negative beliefs about ourselves this can feel like those beliefs are validated. By using hypnosis and other techniques, we can change those beliefs at a subconscious level.

What is hypnotherapy and how does it work?

Hypnotherapy works by switching off your conscious mind, allowing the subconscious (where all your beliefs and habits are stored) to become dominant. There are different ways to achieve this - and everyone feels differently and reacts differently - so in these courses I will use different methods so that hopefully everybody comes away with a positive experience.

Can hypnotherapy help with stress and anxiety?

Yes, in fact I believe hypnotherapy is the most effective way to help with anxiety and stress. Anxiety and stress are normal parts of everyday life, but hypnotherapy helps make them feel more manageable.

How do these sessions work online and in a group?

The group is kept deliberatley small. Being online does not impact the effectiveness. It helps to be somewhere quiet and to use a laptop or ipad, rather than a phone, so you can angle it so I can see your responses. Obviously a good internet connection and full charge is necessary.
